This morning is a good morning. My super sweet friend, James, let me stay in his vacation home in Truckee for two nights to recover, and I just woke up and made a hearty breakfast for two (to share with the wonderful Necktie who has been my traveling partner since I got injured and couldn’t hike), and the best part is that I just realized that today, I haven’t felt any pain at all! As long as I’m cautious about running and bending down, I can now be certain that I’m 100% ready to get back on the trail!

I do not. I can’t manage more than just a blog and Facebook at once, unfortunately, and apparently can’t even keep up with those two! 😦

OMG the little one! Its so scary to hear that ..I have one that is also 7 weeks and am worried about her colsnattny it must have been so scary to see her going thru that in A&E and not knowing what was happening. I am very happy to learn that she is doing better I am sure it is such a relief. Take it easy now a bit as they say that if your happy then she senses that and is happier too. cant wait for a next update on her and you.
