I’m Elina Oliferovskiy, a Russian-born 27-year-old restless soul who’s never really found a place to dig her roots in deep ever since I moved to the United States in 1998. I move every year or two, backpack for months at a time, and occasionally live and travel in a motorhome--and I (usually) love every minute of my (somewhat) nomadic lifestyle. Feel free to follow along on my journey by reading my blog!
What’s up Ms. Alexandra Solzenitzen? Why have you bee off the trail? You are telling you fans much, and we are in the dark. You need to get on the trail to finish, and I am not even sure where you are now. Have you run out of money? Back still injured? I could keep on guessing, but I would fill the page. Time to step up young lady, and tell us the story.
Bill and Spike the Poddle
I have both run out of money (but that was the case before I even began; I put my entire trip on credit cards) and my back is still injured. I have just now updated everyone with the latest via a new blog post, so enjoy. 🙂
You are Turning into a “string bean!”
A pretty string bean.
Start putting away more carbs. Get dehydrated refried beans, TVP (high protein filler,) hummus and quinoa.
1st two items-mix, boil, wait 20 minutes. Add rice and tortilla. Done.
2nd two items-add water. Let set for 20 minutes. Add a little olive oil to the hummus. Done. Flaffel–same as hummus.
I actually gained 12 lbs on trail! No need to worry about me. 🙂
